In-game, `/discord` and `/wiki` send you the links straight to chat.

## How to get help fastest

The more precise your description, the faster the solution. Include right in your first message:

* **Your Minecraft name** (spelled exactly)
* **Java or Bedrock?** And which version?
* **What exactly happened** – and what you expected
* **The full error message**, ideally as a screenshot
* **For purchases:** the order or transaction number

## Reporting rule violations

Report violations of the [server rules](https://megabuild.de/rules/) through [ticket support](https://megabuild.de/ticket/) – ideally with a screenshot or video as proof and the time it happened.

Please **don't** report rule violations in public chat or in general Discord channels. A ticket keeps your report confidential and sends it straight to the team.
