How to get help fastest

The more precise your description, the faster the fix. Include in your first message:

• Your Minecraft name (spelled exactly)

• Java or Bedrock? And which version?

• What exactly happened – and what you expected instead

• The full error message, ideally as a screenshot

• For purchases: your order or transaction number

Before you open a ticket

Many questions are faster to answer yourself:

• Can't reach the server?

• Linking accounts

• FAQ

• Vote reward missing

Reporting rule violations

Report violations of the server rules through ticket support – ideally with a screenshot or video and a timestamp.

Please do not report rule violations in public chat or general Discord channels. A ticket keeps the report confidential and sends it straight to the team.
