The most common questions about MegaBuild.de – getting started, Skyblock, Mana, the shop and support.

## About the relaunch

MegaBuild.de is relaunching as **Custom Skyblock**: a fresh start with one main game, in which every player gets their own island server.

No launch date has been announced yet. News comes first on our [Discord](https://megabuild.de/dc/) and on [status.megabuild.de](https://status.megabuild.de/).

<summary>Do CityBuild and the minigames still exist?</summary>

The relaunch puts Custom Skyblock at the center. The old wiki pages about CityBuild and the minigames are kept as an archive, but they're no longer up to date. Questions about old saves and ranks are best asked on our [Discord](https://megabuild.de/dc/).

## Getting started and technical

<summary>What's the server IP?</summary>

`megabuild.de` – for Bedrock, also port `19132`.

<details>

<summary>Which Minecraft versions are supported?</summary>

The latest compatible Java version and Bedrock. Which Java version exactly is supported is posted on our [Discord](https://megabuild.de/dc/).

<summary>Do I have to accept the resource pack?</summary>

Yes. On Java Edition the resource pack is required – if you decline it, you'll be disconnected from the server. Bedrock players don't need to do anything.

<summary>Can I play on mobile or console?</summary>

Yes, via Bedrock Edition. On consoles, adding your own servers is restricted depending on the platform.

<summary>Can I use Java and Bedrock together?</summary>

Yes. With `/linkaccount` you link both accounts into one shared save.

## Skyblock

<details>

<summary>How do I get an island?</summary>

Type `/sky` in the lobby, select **Create Skyblock** and pick a starting biome. Your island gets started and you're taken there automatically.

<summary>Can I change my starting biome later?</summary>

No. But you can unlock all other biomes with Mana in the skill tree.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How do I earn Mana?</summary>

Through quests, Mana Ore and lots of normal actions like mining ore, taming animals or enchanting. Actions give up to 150 Mana a day, Mana Ore up to 200 – quests have no limit.

<details>

<summary>Why am I not getting any Mana?</summary>

The most common reasons:

* You've reached your **daily limit** (it resets at 04:00).
* The block was **placed by you**.
* You mined ore **without a pickaxe**.
* You're not in **Survival mode**.
* The monster came from a **spawner**.

<details>

<summary>When are there new quests?</summary>

Daily quests renew at **04:00**, the weekly quest on Mondays at 04:00.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How many fellow players can I bring to my island?</summary>

Up to **25 members**. For each one you decide what they may do.

<summary>Can I send Mana to other players?</summary>

No, Mana can't be transferred. Ruby, on the other hand, you can send with `/pay <player> <amount>`.

<summary>Can I restart my island?</summary>

You can delete your island in the lobby under `/sky` → **Management** and then create a new one. Deleting is **permanent**.

## Shop, ranks and voting

<summary>Which ranks are there?</summary>

In the [shop](https://shop.megabuild.de/): **Gold** (€9.99), **Platin** (€19.99) and **Titan** (€34.99). The perks in Skyblock will be announced later.

<summary>How can I support the server for free?</summary>

By voting on [megabuild.de/vote](https://megabuild.de/vote/) – or in-game with `/vote`.

<summary>Why was I kicked?</summary>

Common reasons are a declined **resource pack** or the **chat filter** (insults, advertising, begging for permissions).

<summary>How do I report a rule violation?</summary>

Through [ticket support](https://megabuild.de/ticket/) – ideally with a screenshot or video and the time.

</details>
